a. This website (01scl.com) and the 01SCL / iBilSchool mobile app are owned
and operated by Sohaib Zaib, trading as “01SCL” and “iBilSchool”
(“we,” “us,” “our”). Our registered address and principal place of business
is: House No. 37/J-8, Lane 1, Tulsa Road, Lalazar, Rawalpindi,
Punjab, Pakistan.
b. We offer this website, our mobile app, and all courses, subscriptions,
consultations, digital products, and physical resources available through
them (“Services”) to you, the user, conditioned on your acceptance of the
terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
c. If you have any problems with an order, subscription, or need support,

(available to customers both inside and outside Pakistan).
- Applicability and Updates
a. By visiting this site, using our app, or purchasing anything from us,
you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including the
Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy referenced and linked below.
These Terms apply to all users of the site and app, including browsers,
customers, and subscribers.
b. By using our Services, you confirm you are of legal age to form a
binding contract, or are a parent/guardian purchasing or managing a
homeschooling account on behalf of a minor.
c. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued
use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
- Pricing and Currency
Prices for subscriptions, courses, and consultations are shown in US
Dollars (USD) unless a Pakistani Rupee (PKR) price is shown for customers
located in Pakistan. The exact currency and amount you will be charged
are displayed on the checkout/payment page before you confirm payment.
If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank may apply its
own conversion rate and fees.
- Terms of Usage
You are prohibited from using this website, our app, or their content:
- for any unlawful purpose;
- to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;
- to violate any international, federal, provincial, or state laws,
regulations, and rules; - to infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of others;
- to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate,
or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity,
race, age, national origin, or disability; - to submit false or misleading information;
- to upload or transmit viruses or any malicious code;
- to collect or track the personal information of others; or
- for any obscene or immoral purpose.
We reserve the right to terminate your access for violating any of the
above.

course materials, images, and designs) are the intellectual property of
Sohaib Zaib / 01SCL and are protected accordingly. Except as expressly
stated herein, these Terms do not grant you any intellectual property
rights in the website, app, or their content, and all rights not
expressly granted are reserved.
- Indemnity and Limitation of Liability
a. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand,
including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these
Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
b. We do not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or
suitability of information on this website or app for any particular
purpose, and we exclude liability for inaccuracies to the fullest extent
permitted by law.
c. Your use of any information or materials on this website or app is at
your own risk.
d. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties,
including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement.
e. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for reasons
including unavailability of a service or slot, inability to deliver to
your location, or reasons outside our control.
- Termination
We may change or terminate your access to our Services, with or without
notice, if you provide false registration information, interfere with
other users or the administration of our Services, are the subject of a
request by law enforcement, or otherwise violate these Terms.
- Severability and Waiver
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part will be
amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or
severed, with the rest remaining in force. Our failure to enforce any
part of these Terms is not a waiver of it.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan,
and the courts of Rawalpindi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any
dispute arising from your use of our Services.
