1. Consultation Services

All 01SCL consultation services (including one-on-one sessions, training, speaking, or coaching calls) are non-refundable once booked. Time and preparation are allocated in advance, and cancellation forfeits the opportunity for others.

No refunds or rescheduling will be provided unless:

  • A technical issue from our side prevents the session, or
  • The session is canceled by 01SCL due to emergency or force majeure.

If you miss your session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

 

2. Digital Products & Downloads

This includes:

  • Worksheets
  • Trackers
  • Downloadable templates
  • Planners
  • Activity books

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

3. Ebooks Linked to Amazon (External Products)

Some ebooks on this site are linked directly to Amazon or other third-party platforms. These are marked clearly as “External Products.”

4. Printed Books – Paperback & Hardcopy Orders

The following terms apply:

  • Returns are only accepted if the book is received damaged or defective.
  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • You must provide photographic proof of the damage.
  • Shipping costs will only be covered if 01SCL has made a mistake in the order.
  • No refunds will be given for incorrect orders placed by the customer (wrong quantity, wrong title, etc.).

5. International Shipping Disclaimer

We offer international shipping where applicable. However:

  • Delivery timelines vary based on the country.
  • Customs fees or import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs.
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer are not the responsibility of 01SCL. No refunds will be issued for such cases.
